Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Student Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international education systems, a genuine interest in student welfare, and the ability to provide tailored guidance to students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive counselling to students and parents about overseas education opportunities, courses, institutions, and application processes.
- Understand the individual needs and aspirations of students and recommend suitable study pathways.
- Assist students with application processes, including document preparation, visa applications, and pre-departure briefings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends, visa regulations, and institution requirements.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with our partner institutions to ensure smooth admission processes for our students.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling or overseas education consultancy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
