Office Administrative Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  3. Maintain and update student records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Coordinate with the consulting team to schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  6. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  7. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed.
  8. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars.
  9. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
