Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the consulting team to schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
